SUMMER TREND ALERT
Summer fashion is fun because a lot of rules that exist in other seasons get tossed out the window when the summer sun is out. Sometimes, this results in new trends being created. One of our favorite trends of the moment? A sweet summer dress paired with white sneakers. This is cute and comfortable coming together, and who doesn’t love that? All you need to get in with this trend is pick your go-to sundress and slip on your white sneakers. In need of a summery dress? Look no further – here are some of our faves:
Our Strapless Mini Dress is perfectly purple and features knots along the front, showing just a peek of skin. The ruffled hem adds an adorable touch to the look. This is one of our absolute favorites, and perfect for pairing with sneakers for a sweet yet casual look.
Just in is The Fifth Label’s Off The Shoulder Dress, which is a bold red with a flower print on it. This dress is off the shoulder, pleated, and did we mention a very bold red? White sneakers balance out the “wow” factor of this dress so that you can wear it anywhere you please (don’t worry, you’ll definitely still make a statement).
We cannot resist the Off The Shoulder Midi Dress, no matter how hard we try! This simply striped dress is off the shoulder, midi length, and features an elastic waist. This dress is practically screaming out for a pair of sneaks!
All of these dresses and much more are available in Blush stores and on our website… check out Blush and come discover your favorite trends today!

Summer is here, and you already know that summer is all about florals. And while florals are as sweet as can be, sometimes you want to add just a touch of edginess to your print. This is what we currently absolutely love about florals on a darker print – you get to keep the sweetness, but add an edge. Luckily, we have some trendy dark florals just in at Blush, to quench your thirst for this season’s most fashion-forward print.
A great place to start? Our Floral Playsuit, which features a front keyhole, V neckline, and has a zip closure. A cute little flower print on a black background makes this playsuit fun, flirty, and an absolute go-to summer piece.
Perfect for the office or a night out, our Chiffon Wrap Blouse features pink flowers on a black background, has a deep V-neckline, and self-ties at the waist. This flowy top is so pretty and seductive at once, you’ll want to wear it just about everywhere.
Our V-Neck Playsuit matches up two of our favorite prints: stripes and florals. Featuring a fabric waistband, slits at the sleeves, and a deep V at the neck, this piece is dying to be accessorized with your favorite summer details.
Check out all of these styles and tons more on our website, or in-store at your nearest Blush location!

If you’ve seen coverage of the 2018 CFDA Fashion Awards, then you already know that Kim Kardashian was honored with the Influencer Award (and who can really say their style hasn’t been influenced in some way by this icon?). That just leaves us with one important question… what did she wear?
The answer may not be as fancy as you think, but it was every bit as trendy and flattering as we’d hope from KKW. She wore a Rick Owens two-piece set that had Greek goddess vibes coming from every fiber of her being. The belly-baring, ruched in all the right places set was perfectly paired with gold bangles to pull off a particular type of casual glam that only Kim Kardashian is capable of.
Well, until now. We have some just-in sets at Blush that are great for creating the “it” look of this summer for yourself! Kim K. is loving sets, and so are we… here are some of our must-haves:
Our baby blue Moon River set features a knotted crop top with adjustable strap, and scalloped shorts. Perfect with wedges for a beachy stroll.
Check out our Denim Set, which includes a high-neck top with back-tie detail and matching high-waisted shorts. This set gives the same cropped vibe that Kim used in her CFDA look to show off her toned abs.
For a more boho take on the trend, try our High Waisted Maxi Skirt and matching top. Featuring a paisley print, this maxi skirt and matching flowy top with deep V neckline has summer written all over it.
There you have it… channel your inner Kim with the hottest trend of the season, straight from the racks at Blush!

Killer Fashion at Coachella
Posted on April 18, 2018.
As all the surprises from Coachella’s first weekend sink in and fans get ready for weekend two, we thought we’d take a moment to reflect on some fashion moments from last weekend that we just can’t get enough of. Here’s our rundown of must-see trends from Coachella:
-As we’re sure you’ve heard by now, Beyonce absolutely blew away the crowd with her headlining performance, which included bringing out Jay-Z, her sister Solange, and reuniting with Destiny’s Child (finally!). The trend we’re stuck on from Bey’s performance is the camo-print outfits worn onstage by her and Destiny’s Child cohorts, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland. Love! Their luxe camo was covered in crystals, but was definitely a throwback to trends past and the 90s in general.
-Riri, as usual, slayed. This time, in all white denim by Chrome Hearts. She was definitely throwing out 60s vibes, tying her shirt in a middle knot and letting the sleeves fall just past her shoulders. Even the flip at the end of her hair and her bright blue eyeshadow were nods to an era past. Leave it to Rihanna to go there, and she absolutely killed it. Mind you, this was one of many outfits she wore to the first weekend of Coachella. What will she wear to the second weekend? We can’t wait to find out!
-Halsey wore baby pink to a Coachella pool party in the best possible way: in the form of a cute bra top and a ruched mini skirt, complete with a little ruffle at the bottom. Her baby pink glasses and fringey necklace completed the look and locked in the retro, desert vibes of her outfit. Yep, just like that, she put together the perfect Coachella look, and we love!

Packing Lunch, Veggie Style
Posted on April 16, 2018.
You’re at work, you’re looking for an easy to make, easy to pack lunch, and you want it to be healthy. What to do? Make a veggie sandwich! Packed with the right veggies, these sandwiches can be more filling (and way more delicious) than you’d ever imagine. Don’t believe us? Try out any of our three latest lunch obsessions:
-Rainbow Vegetable Sandwich – Think brightly colored veggies, like red and yellow peppers, onions, cucumbers, and lettuce. Voila, you have the most colorful lunch out of anyone at your job. Lather on a spread of your choice for an extra dose of mmm.
-Ultimate Vegetable Sandwich – The idea here is to pack on as many veggies as humanly possible. That’s right, ALL the veggies. Tomatoes, avocados, sprouts, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers... just keep stacking and layering veggies for the ultimate effect.
-Veggie & Hummus Sandwich – Hummus pairs well with just about any vegetable, but especially with cucumbers, carrots, and sprouts. This sandwich is probably the easiest transition into the world of veggie sandwiches, because who doesn’t love hummus?
Happy lunching! :)

While mixing and matching contrasting pieces is fun, it’s also nice to wear a complete set as an outfit. Two pieces made for each other. When you’re wearing a set, your look can pretty much do no wrong. This is why we are SO excited to feature some of our favorite trending sets at Blush – here are a few of our absolute top picks:
-Our V-Neck Cami + Flowy Short are a match made in paradise! While the cami features self-tie straps and a frayed hem, the flowy shorts have a fun smocked waist. This peach-colored pair are a dynamic duo and make a great weekend look.
-The Smock Off The Shoulder Top + Smock High Waisted Skirt are all about texture, texture, and more texture. Both in a rainbow-colored smocked fabric and ruffle hems, there’s just a hint of skin at the tummy and with the off-the-shoulder top. This pair is all about fun!
-The Twist Crop Top + Ruffle Shorts feature a dramatic crop top twisted at the center and exaggerated ruffles at the sleeves, and matching high-waisted shorts with ruffle hems. Black is always in style, but never boring with all these ruffles in the mix!
So go ahead and set yourself up with the perfect look by snagging one of our Blush sets today!
Season of the Stripes
Posted on March 29, 2018.
Spring is in the air (at least here in Miami), and although we’re obvi excited to break out our florals, we’re even more excited for understated yet always trendy stripes. We have lots of this simply stylish print in stock; here are a couple of our favorite ways to wear this print for spring:
-Our Strapless Top + Slit Wide Leg Pants come in the form of a flowy tube top with button-down detailing, and an elastic waist pant with a dramatic slit down each of the wide-cut legs, both in a blue & white striped print that are part nautical, part fabulous.
-Not your mother’s stripes, our Slit Leg Jumper is a trendy black and white stripe print, and features a dramatic V-neck and possibly even more dramatic slit along the leg. This one isn’t for the faint of heart!
-Our Front Knot Tank features self-tie straps, a sweetheart neckline, and a romantic pink stripe print. We’re loving the feminine silhouette against the simple print, and we’re pairing this top with everything from jeans to miniskirts to our matching-print Wrap Pants.
-Our Lace-Up Romper is another gem. This long-sleeve romper laces up along the front and comes in a delicate rose-pink stripe print. The subtle stripe print pairs perfectly with the soft lines of the romper. Absolutely perfect for a date night.
All of these looks are currently available at Blush! Let us know your favorite way to wear your stripes!
Spring Nail Trends
Posted on March 13, 2018.
As they say, March comes in like a lion, and goes out like a mouse. Well, we are more than anything hoping that it comes in like winter, and leaves like spring. Yep, spring is on the horizon, and we couldn’t be more ready for sunshine, cute spring fashions, and of course, brand new beauty trends! We came across some nail designs that are so fresh for spring, and that we’re absolutely obsessed with, and of course, we’d like to share these looks with you:
-For a really unique look, try a circle in the middle of a pop of color, all on your nails! Paint your nails a fresh spring color, like a bold peach or a sunflower yellow. Take a striping brush and make a circular shape with white nail polish, right in the middle of your nail. Boom! You have the most unique nails out of all of your friends, by a long shot.
-Try a cool gradient look in two colors that can kinda blend into each other for a really fun look. Paint the top third of your nail the first color, and the bottom third the second color. In a small dish, mix the two colors with some base coat, and fill in the middle section of the nail with that mixture. Cover the entire nail in a top coat. Last step? Flaunt your nails!
-Try a fun take on a French manicure by painting some colored stripes on the tips of the nails. Paint your nails clear, then use tape to establish straight lines and paint in with the colors of your choice (the bolder, the better!). Tip: wait until one line dries before putting tape over it to paint the next line. Just like that, you have the freshest French manicure anyone’s ever seen!
Blush's Best Dressed At The Oscars
Posted on March 8, 2018.
Yass! Awards season continues, with none other than the Academy Awards taking place this past Sunday. And while we were definitely excited to see the big winners of the evening, we also had our own winners chosen… for their amazing fashion choices, of course! Here are our picks:
-Yes, we love men’s fashion too! “Get Out” star Daniel Kaluuya stunned in a bronze velvet blazer by Brunello Cuchinelli. A classic bow-tie and trousers supported his get-up, but some say the magic of Daniel’s look was in his face. He wore Fenty Beauty (the makeup line by Rihanna that recently took the world by storm) foundation, which left a subtle glow that, when paired with his perfect smile, definitely gets him the gold for best face of the night.
-Usual suspect Zendaya blew us all away with the sheer perfection of her look. She wore a Giambattista Valli Couture chocolate colored chiffon gown. Some features of her dress were an asymmetrical neckline, and one flowy sleeve. She looked like a goddess! Between her exposed shoulders and beautiful jewelry, she absolutely killed it. We see you, Zendaya!
-The beautiful Margot Robbie left us speechless in a Chanel Haute Couture gown, designed by none other than Karl Lagerfeld himself. And this gown pulled all the stops (and took over 600 hours to make). But looking at Robbie on Oscar night clearly made it all worth it. This form-fitting white column dress featured a corset bodice with draped bands of crystal tubes accenting the front of her dress, as well as her shoulders. Add in Robbie’s signature smile, and you have an epic Oscars look on your hands. Bravo, Margot!
